Question: I inserted an image of my signature on my certificate page. It looked great in the transcript file, but when I sent the transcript to the printer, or used Print to PDF, the image didn’t print. Why not?

Answer:  In your Draft and/or Final Print Options, whichever options you are using when you print to a printer or Print to PDF, you must select the Print Graphics option.
