It is that time of year again! Later this month, the Stenograph team has the pleasure of attending the 2023 NCRA Conference & Expo in Houston, Texas. Besides showcasing our industry-leading writer, the Luminex II, we look forward to demonstrating other Stenograph products and connecting with you! Attending this show is one of the highlights of our calendar- we love the opportunity to see our customers face to face, to show you our newest products, and to get your feedback on what features and products you would like to see in the future.
Our Products
The Luminex II is the star of our product line, and we are so excited about the public debut of our newest color, Graphite. This rich, deep, neutral gray is stylish and sophisticated. Plus, you will be able to try out our exclusive 85th Anniversary Black Tie writer and feel the shortest stroke and lightest touch for yourself. Stop by our booth to experience the ultimate in writer technology!
We will also be showcasing CATalyst, our CAT software with features designed to streamline your work and give you everything needed to optimize output and minimize production time. Plus, we will be demonstrating CATalyst Check It! This innovative new product is an add-on to CATalyst and is powered by Phoenix, our custom-built Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) engine. It was designed specifically for stenographers and scopists and enables efficient editing by reducing strokes and enabling easy text replacement, saving an average of 45 minutes per job.
New to our Stenograph suite of products this year is CaseTestify! Stop by our booth to see the legal industry’s complete remote proceeding solution, providing users with a simplified and comprehensive way of taking online proceedings. This innovative and intuitive platform combines secure video conferencing, interactive exhibit management, cloud storage of deposition assets, integration with other Stenograph products like CaseViewNet and MAXScribe, and ViewScript powered by Phoenix, a realtime in-testimony review tool.
The team will also be showcasing YesLaw, the complete and convenient solution for transcript production. It includes web delivery, full-featured PDF transcripts, and synchronized video.
Training
One of the big draws of the Conference & Expo is the incredible training opportunities available. Our very own CATalyst trainer extraordinaire Cindi Lynch will be training all things CATalyst on Thursday, July 27, sharing the latest features and enhancements to help you improve your translation results and reduce your editing time. Cindi will also be available to talk all things Ascend Training and show you how this on-demand learning community can help you learn whatever you need to learn, whenever you want or need it!
