This year we have increased our capacity for technical support and lowered hold times, even with an increase in call volumes compared to previous years. We have released new products for all parts of our business including CATalyst Check It, multiple versions of MAXScribe and our Phoenix speech recognition technology, CaseTestify remote deposition platform, new updates to YesLaw, and multiple new colors of Luminex writers. We improved the architecture and reliability of realtime by introducing CaseViewNet Plus. We also bolstered our Edge software support plan by adding CATalyst Academy. And next year you’ll see even more.
